Can the orthodontic patients use the electric toothbrush? Is it better than the ordinary toothbrush using?

Nowadays there are 2 types of orthodontics: the metal instrument brace and the invisible brace. The tooth brushing of the invisible brace has the same efficiency as the non orthodontic patients because there are no instruments to obstruct the cleaning process. The electric toothbrush using is obstructed by the wire brace which the ordinary brush is insufficient for cleaning process. The surface of the brush need to have some groove in the middle in order to insert the brace instrument. However if you use the 3 plane dimensions toothbrush, it will clean up in no different effect: above the wire, middle the wire and under the wire.
