Does decayed tooth cause the halitosis?

The dental caries are one of the reasons to have the halitosis. The bacteria which stays in the tooth decayed holes can produce the product by using any sugar or food we consumed. The product can transform to the odor substances such as Sulfide. Beside the hole of tooth decay is the area where is unreachable to clean, it may has food leftover inside which may cause any fetid. The basic method to prevent this incident is to let the dentist inspect your teeth every 6 months. If it is only tooth decay, it can be cured by the filling cavity. But it continues to the dentine layer, it is necessary to cure the root and eventually the tooth crown.
